Chicken Potato Bake – Potatoes tossed in garlic and oil and baked to a golden brown with tender, juicy chicken thighs. This very easy chicken thighs instruction with potatoes may be a family favorite! Its my go-to instruction for once I would like no-fuss, fast dinner concepts



Ingredients


  • 4 potatoes medium-sized, remove 3/4" cube (russet, white, and red ar all sensible decisions, no have to be compelled to peel)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 tablespoons oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1.5 pounds boneless  skinless chicken (I prefer to use thighs)
  • 3/4 cup sliced cheese cheese
  • parsley (optional, freshly chopped)


Instructions


  • Preheat kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  • Place the potato cubes in a very giant bowl, add the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  • Spray an outsized (9x13) baking dish with non stick spray. 
  • Spread potato mixture in dish and bake concerning quarter-hour.

  • Remove baking dish from kitchen appliance and place the chicken items within the dish, nestling them down into the potato mixture a small amount. 
  • If desired, brush the highest of every chicken piece with a touch oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake 20-25 minutes, till chicken is lyonnaise and potatoes ar brunette.
  • Sprinkle the cheese cheese over the highest, come back to the kitchen appliance and bake for a number of a lot of minutes to soften the cheese.
  • When serving, sprinkle sliced parsley on high (if desired).
