Easy whole30 creamy bacon garlic pasta squash bake. Paleo, healthy, and simple to make! prepare to perforate some serious delicious and healthy eats!!
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 cups broiled pasta squash see notes on the way to cook
- 8 items broiled bacon shredded in items or bacon bits
- 1 one/2 cups steamed broccoli
- Sauce
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk make sure to use full fat canned coconut milk (otherwise, it will not be thick and creamy). i exploit Thai room complete.
- 1 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon ocean salt or to style
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- fresh ground pepper to style
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a cooking pan whisk along all the ingredients for the white sauce.
- Heat the sauce on the stove over medium heat. Continue whisking the sauce whereas it cooks for concerning 5-8 minutes till it thickens.
- In a casserole dish, add the steamed broccoli and bacon to the broiled pasta squash. Then pour the white sauce over the casserole. Heat within the kitchen appliance on 400F till heat or other than later.
RECIPE NOTES
- How to bake pasta squash: cut pasta squash in 0.5 lengthwise, use an oversized spoon to scrape the seeds from the middle, lay approach on a baking receptacle, and brush gently with oil. Bake on 450F for twenty five minutes.
