GRINCH COOKIES

What is required for Grinch Cookies:


  • Vanilla ready-mix
  • Unsalted Butter, softened
  • Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs, temperature
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Corn Starch
  • Green Gel colouring
  • Parchment Paper

Grinch Cookie Royal Icing Ingredients (to build the red hearts):


  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • Red Gel colouring

Cookie Directions:


  • Line a cookware with parchment paper. heat up kitchen appliance to 375 degrees.
  • Add granulated sugar and corn starch along during a loaf pan.  Mix well.
  • Mix the butter, cake mix, oil and eggs along.  (the batter are going to be thick).
