INGREDIENTS


  • 4 skinny cut boneless  skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning or additional to style
  • salt to style
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons juice
  • 1 tablespoon sliced parsley


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Mix along the flour, lemon pepper seasoning and salt to style. Pour the flour mixture onto a plate or into a shallow bowl.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a very giant pan over medium high heat.
  3. Dredge the chicken breasts within the flour mixture, turning to coat equally.
