ONE POT TERIYAKI CHICKEN, RICE AND VEGETABLES

This One Pot dish Chicken, Rice and Vegetables is a straightforward, family friendly meal that is created in exactly half-hour or less! It healthy and hearty and excellent for weeknights.

Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 deboned skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 inexperienced bell pepper diced
  • 1 massive carrots in the raw and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon recent minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons recent minced garlic
  • 1 one/2 cups instant rice
  • 1 one/4 cups low atomic number 11 broth

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a giant frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook till tanned on the surface, regarding a pair of minutes.
  2. Add peppers and cook 3-4 minutes till crisp-tender. Add carrots, ginger and garlic and cook one a lot of minute, stirring.
